Crossing the International Border into Mexico and Tijuana is mostly easy and painless, especially if you walk or ride one of the many busses that will take you across the line. Click on the link of choice for information that I've acquired from my many border crossings into Tijuana. Walk Across the Border: It's very simple, as you park your car at San Ysidro, walk across Interstate 5, go through the turnstile, pass Mexican customs, go through another turnstile, and you're in Tijuana! Walk Back to the U.S.A.: Now that you've enjoyed the sights of Tijuana, it's time to walk back to the United States, and negotiate U.S.A. customs. Don't forget your passport! Drive Across the Border: I snap photos out of the windshield as I drive across the border, on my way to Ensenada and points south. I offer lots of advice and pointers... U.S. Custom Agents: Since 9-1-1, these guys have become real monsters, and act similar to Nazi gestapo agents... I'll tell you about how I was hauled in for questioning for simply taking photos...
