Lucio Blanco, is a small, sleepy farming community located in the north-central section of the Mexican state of Tamulipas, and is seldom visited by most Norteamericanos, and is easily forgotton my most visitors.  However, Lucio Blanco, along with the neighorbing communities of Ramez and Control hold a special place in our hearts, as Lucio Blanco is home to our friends and extended family members, the Rincóns, who are some of the niceset people that you'll ever meet.  Click on the thumbnail of interest to tour beautiful Lucio Blanco.

	I arrive at Lucio Blanco, and the Rincón family throws a welcoming party for me!		Fun, games and conversation are found at the home of Rogillo Rincón.
	We enjoy a barbecue dinner, at one of the Rincón family ranches.		We celebrate St. Francis of Assisi day with the locals at Lucio Blanco.
