Don't even think about a fish taco if you're visiting Bagdad Beach, or any fish restaurant east of Baja California, as they just don't exist, as they're a "west coast thing" in Mexico.  But if fish is to your liking, than you'll love Playa Bagdad, as there are enough fish restaurants to keep a fish-loving diner happy for quite some time!

Perla del Mar offers spectacular ocean views and some of the best fried fish you'll ever eat.

Fresh fish meals are featured at Rincón de las Flores, a fine Bagdad Beach fish restaurant.

Fish tacos at Bagdad Beach?  Beans?  You won't find them, but you'll be served with fries and lots of rice with every meal, except breakfast.  Yes, French fries are a favorite in the state of Tamulipas.  So forget about your Baja dining stereotypes, as now you're dining at Bagdad Beach!
