Where have I eaten in Mexicali? Many places, including street vendors selling delicious tacos and tortas, and even a meal at a fast food restaurant, north of the border. Click on the link of choice below to relive my Mexicali dining experiences! Tacos Banny: Located on the west end of Mexicali, this family owned and operated taco stand serves the best tacos de tripas that I have ever eaten. NoName Tacos: This taco stand doesn't have a name, but they serve delicious tacos, cooked on the sidewalk, in downtown Mexicali. Tacos
Los Panchos: A father and son tag-team of taco makers,
Los Panchos is a fun place to eat, and they serve inexpensive
and delicious tacos. Asadero Almada: If you're near the busy intersection of Calle and Av. Madero, Asadero is the place for fine tacos. Torta Lady: This lady serves delicious, rock-bottom priced tortas on a street corner in downtown Mexicali, across from the famous Hotel del Norte. Jack In The Box: Not exactly serving Mexican food, or even located in Mexico, Jack serves fine, fast food, north of the border in nearby Calexico. Bar Don Pedro: Here's a fun place to grab a cold beer and relax, and mingle with the locals. They don't serve food, but the beer is cold, and the people are friendly.
