If you're looking for a charming, small town, far removed from the "party-atmosphere" of Ensenada, located next to the azure blue Sea of Cortez, and the desert Sierra de Libertad mountain range in the background, Bahia de Los Angeles just might be the place.  Its an outdoor enthusiast's paradise, as if features boating, hiking, exploring, legendary fishing, and so much more...  Click on the link of choice to begin your adventure!

About Bahia de Los Angeles:  An overview about Bahia, and lots of background information about the town, the desert environment, and the unlimited outdoor recreation that the area has to offer.

The town of Bahia de Los Angeles:  Article about the town's services, things to do in town, and in the area, and everything you wanted to know about the town's nameless streets.

Residental Bahia:  I take a tour and explore some of the side streets, and the residental area of town, where real people live.

The Town Square:  In the custom of most Mexican towns, Bahia de Los Angeles has a town square, a municipal compound, and well-maintained town park.

Taco Shops, Restaurants, and Taquierias:  During my visit, I had the pleasure to dine at seven different restaurants, and I post write-ups, illustrated with many digital photos.

Hotel Las Hamacas:  Clean, comfortable, and operated by a very friendly couple, this motel is near everything in town, but outrageously overpriced.

Rampa Publica:  Are you visiting Bahia de Los Angeles for its outstanding sport fishing?  Check out this chapter about the public boat ramp, and a little about sport fishing at Bahia.

Fish Barbecue:  My first night in town, I met a couple of guys that were having a fish barbecue at the motel, so they supplied the fish, and I supplied the Tecate, and we had a great time!

Bahia Sunrise:  If you enjoy a spectacular sunrise, there is none better than the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez, at Bahia de Los Angeles.  Features many sunrise photos.

Bahia Scenery:  If you like blue water, desert mountians, and a seemingly endless variety of cactus, read this chapter.  Features many scenic photos in the vicinity of Bahia de Los Angeles.

The Road to Bahia:  You've heard many horror stories about the 42 miles of pavement between Highway 1 and Bahia de Los Angeles.  I drove the road, and found it freeway smooth, with lots of scenic beauty.
