Well, I've been know to "belly up to the bar," and after I've sampled a few Budweisers, I tend to think of myself as "Ten foot tall and bulletproof," but if you've visited Hackberry, Arizona, and you've had a few too many beer, then you might think twice about relieving yourself in front of the store, unless, of course, you've had too many beers which will tend to alter your thought process.

Left:  To reach this guy, you have to step aside from all of the junk from Route 66 and really hoist yourself up, nearly four feet!  You have to be a tall Texan to accomplish that feat!  Right:  Hey pardner, you have be careful to avoid the cactus growing in this thing.  If you're able to vypass the cactus, you'll have to avoid the stares of the tourisits.  Golly, why not just use the inside facilities?

All of the macho stuff aside, I tend to be a modest person when I have to relieve myself, so I don't really like to do it in front of a general store, located along historic Route 66, in front of the tourists and the tour bus crowd.  Yet, a man has to do what a man has to do...  But this pistola is mounted four feet off the ground, and surronded by Route 66 junk and memorbilia, and if that wasn't enought, there is cactus planted in the bottom of the thing to detour any guy that was somewhat drunk, or at the least, was a poor aimer.  What's a guy to do in Hackberry?  Maybe ask to use the inside facilities?  Maybe, if you're not the brave and macho type...

If you're brave and you're the macho type, and you've had too much Bud to drink and want to prove yourself in front of you friends, give "La Pistola" at Hackberry a try...  You'll be sure to provide a lasting image on yourself and your friends...
