Panamint Valley Days is a CA4WDC event held the second weekend in November in a four-wheeler's paradise, Panamint Valley. The weekend combines spectacular mountain and desert scenery, family-family fun, and some of the best four wheeling that California has to offer. Panamint Valley Days 2008: Complete write-up, including lots of photos of trail runs, base camp, Chef Andy's Ruff Rock Run Café, our stay at Panamint Springs Resort, and much more... Panamint Valley Days 2004: I pre-run the Historical Run and the Jail Canyon Trail, with the West Coast Four Wheel Drive Club. Panamint Valley Days 2003: My friend Jonathan Dolan and I do a bit of geocaching, and four wheel the Jackpot Canyon and Defense Mine Runs. Complete write-up, plus some photos. Panamint Valley Days 1995: We take the long route through Death Valley, the hard way, and run Pleasant Canyon, Middle Canyon, and South Park Canyon, over the infamous Telephone Pole Bridge. Panamint Valley Days 1993: My first trip to PVD, I take the scenic route, via Rholite, Chloride City, Skidoo, and finally wind up on the Jail Canyon Run, with a never-to-be-repeated run to the top of Hall Canyon.
