Like most Ham Radio operators, I'm constantly changing, re-engineering and tweaking my high frequency antenna farm, to hopefully squeeze that extra millivolt of signal out of the air.

July, 2010:  I plant a GAP Challenger vertical antenna in the back yard, and string up a 160 to 10 meter dipole on top of the roof.

May, 2009:  A portion of our back yard is surrounded by 270 feet of copper wire, in the form of a loop antenna, and then there's "Frantenna," a fan dipole antenna that offers no tuning, on 20, 15 and 10 meters.
