When it comes to gourmet food in rustic surroundings, who says you can't take it with you?  We enjoy good food, and when it's cooked over a grill, at camp, after a fun day of exploring, the food tastes even better.  Not to mention, we open up a full-service bar...

Dinner, Saturday, May 23, 2009:  It was Michael's turn to cook dinner, and he grilled delicious, marinated steak, and made stir-fry on the side.  I provided baked potatos, cooked in a frying pan!

Breakfast, Sunday, May 24, 2009:  I cooked Potatoes O'Brien, eggs and bacon over a cast iron griddle, to start off the day with a delicious breakfast.

Dinner, Sunday, May 24, 2009:  It was my turn to cook, so I cooked chicken and salsa on the grill, and provided cowboy beans and corn tortillas on the side.

Breakfast, Monday, May 25, 2009:  We cop out and decide not to cook breakfast.  Instead, we enjoy a delcious breakfast at the Happy Burger Diner in Mariposa.
